ABC Nightline - McDonalds/Starbucks Coffee Wars

The SBA was again in the news and featured on ABC with Bob Burgess, CEO, interviewed about the 'coffee war' between Starbucks and McDonalds. The winner.....Bob, who came across as diplomatic and knowledgeable about coffee issues. Of course he brought his 25 years of experience to the discussion as he does for each person registered for the cafe consulting package offered by the Seattle Barista Academy.
